Precinct Urban Planning was engaged by Hometown Australia Communities for town planning assistance associated with extending their existing Bridge Street Community locations to provide an additional 60 dwelling sites for future relocatable homes. This project increases the total number of sites to 245. Residents own their own portable dwelling but lease the site. The development includes construction of a new community facilities area with a pool, multi-purpose room, library/craft area, alfresco seating area, BBQ area, bar and amenities. Some existing facilities will also be refurbished.
